We had our wedding at The Venue at Greenbrier Estate at the end of October and it was absolutely perfect! I found this... venue all the way in my search from Alaska .. I couldn’t believe that we were able to have our wedding here, it is absolutely stunning! Melanie and Trev were so great to work with. Very responsive and so very helpful. They made coordinating from afar that much easier. We appreciate you both so much! We also rented out the cabins next door for our family and friends and everyone LOVED it! Our wedding on 12/28/22 was amazing! Surrounded breath taking views of the Smokies is breath taking. Trevor and Melanie... go above and beyond to take care of this location and do their part to help make your event perfect. They both very nice and professional. We came down to Tennessee this past Sunday for my wedding on Thursday. on Wednesday before my wedding wild fires... started and grew quickly. every phone call I took wednesday was bad news followed by more bad news. finally at 9pm Wednesday evening we got the gut wrenching text that we needed to evacuate from our cabin resort/ wedding venue . I called my wedding planner misty Cooper who prayed with me and she then got to work. between misty and myly they had gotten in contact with Trevor and his wife Melanie . by 930am Thursday morning the day of my wedding we had everything in motion for us to get married at the Greenbriar estates. Trevor and Melanie were an absolute pleasure to work with and they made my day absolutely perfect. because of them we were still able to have our gorgeous mountain view wedding. Trevor stayed through the evening and is such an amazing person!read more

This venue on its own is absolutely beautiful with its views and open layout to allow anyone who wishes to use it the... ability to truly add their own touch. What sets this place apart is how well and dedicated Melanie and her family is at keeping everything organized yet flexible to fit your personal needs. From the start Melanie put time and effort into each phone call/texts which made our whole wedding experience simple and easy. Not only did she put us at ease through everything I just wrote, but went above and beyond with all our wedding decorations and even providing bar services at a affordable rate.read more

In a very chaotic and unexpected situation due to unforeseen circumstances (to no fault of anyone with Gatlinburg Event... Center), the staff at GEC was beyond gracious, helpful, and kind. Not only is the venue breathtaking, with top notch vendors, but every staff member including the owner went above and beyond to assist us. I would 100% recommend using them for any event.read more

The event center was absolutely beautiful for my daughters wedding!! We had to postpone it from April 7 due to... coved-19, but finally June 2 it was a very pretty day. We live 5 hours away and the girls at the center and Nene and Alvins kitchen were wonderful!! The venue is in my opinion the best in Gatlinburg!!! What a beautiful experience!! Highly recommend it!!! And Hale entertainment was another great decision! I'm still in awe of Annette's photos from Hale photography!! The wedding was a beautiful success and all of the above worked together to make it a fun day!!!read more

We just visited the center. Fabulous quality place. Sherri & her Co-workers do a great job. Very organized. Very... reasonable pricing. Great views & tons of space in the lodges. Quality construction & furnishings. We were so impressed that while we were there for someone else’s wedding scouting out the Event Center, we booked our 25th Wedding celebration for next year!read more

I used the Gatlinburg Event Center this past weekend for my wedding and it was exceptional. The views are amazing, and... the bridal suite is beautiful, but the people are what set this venue apart from others! Sherri was so great throughout the entire process and helped to make our experience a great one, she is all about the bride and making her day perfect. Ashley was amazing as well, she helped us to set everything up and make sure we were ready to go. Tommy was helpful with moving things around and Richard was so helpful with set up! They all truly go out of their way to make your day perfect. I would recommend GEC to anyone who asks me where to have a reception and ceremony. For me, it was the perfect location for our destination wedding.read more

This venue is beyond incredible! It has gorgeous views from every angle, 3 rooms for the wedding party to get ready,... and multiple bathrooms (which is nice if you are having a larger event). What really sets this venue apart from others though is Sherri and her staff. The minute you meet Sherri, you know that you can trust her and that she will make your event exactly how you want it. As she says from the beginning, her goal is to make sure the bride is happy and she goes above and beyond to make sure that is the case! I can truly say that my day was stress free and everything ran so smoothly, which had a lot to do with them. Sherri and her staff set up and broke down all the decorations, helped coordinate, and kept close contact with all vendors, just to name a few. If you are considering a wedding (or other event) in gatlinburg, schedule to visit this venue!read more
